The HG Hyper Grinder I4 Wood is the ultimate floor sanding machine for a planetary sander. Its a gear driven 4 x 150mm head that can be used in an upright position with the 4 head disc, the handle is lowered for the 430mm single disc. 

It has a 4HP motor for serious sanding. Variable speed takes its motor speed from 120 rpm to 200 rpm, with planetery speed from 500 rpm - 1000 rpm.

The handle is folding to allow easy transport, it will fit in small vans or even in the back of a car in an upright position.

For even easier stress free sanding, the wheels are adjustable to drop down onto the floor, the machine is then pushed and cannot spin off to the side like usind a buffer.

The machine is 74kg, plus it comes with a 6.5kg weight.  This is where the HG Hyper Grinder excells, the weight of the machine not only sands faster, but you'll also get better milage out of high quality ceramic abrasives that require high pressure to fracture. 

The discs on the planetary are 140mm, but it comes with 150mm pads that fit over the metal planetary discs. We also supply optional sub floor prep grinding tools that quick fit onto the 140mm metal discs making this machine very versatile to carry out all kinds of floor preparation tasks and wire brushing.
